Peak Property Care Plan in Boulder County

March 2026 | Native Edge Landscapes

Year-round landscape maintenance that keeps your property looking its best

Keeping a landscape healthy in Boulder County takes more than mowing. Between dry spells, sudden temperature swings, and fast-growing weeds in spring, most properties need a consistent plan that covers the basics and catches issues early.

That’s where the Peak Property Care Plan comes in. It’s a year-round landscape maintenance program designed to keep outdoor spaces beautiful, healthy, and safe through every season.

What the Peak Property Care Plan helps you avoid

When maintenance is inconsistent, problems build quickly:

  • Higher water use and stressed plants
  • Weeds and pests that spread before you notice
  • Overgrown beds and shrubs that block growth and trap debris
  • Seasonal damage that could have been prevented

What’s typically included in a full property care plan

A strong maintenance plan supports the whole landscape, not just the lawn. Native Edge focuses on healthy soils through organic practices, water conservation through smart irrigation techniques, and comprehensive weekly maintenance plus seasonal work.

That usually looks like:

  • Weekly lawn and bed maintenance
  • Pruning and plant health upkeep
  • Seasonal cleanups to reset your property for the next weather shift
  • Irrigation tuning to support water efficiency

Who benefits most

  • Homeowners who want a great-looking yard without weekend upkeep
  • HOAs and communities that need consistent standards
  • Busy families who want proactive care rather than reactive fixes

If you want fewer landscape surprises and better results across the seasons, the Peak Property Care Plan is a smart place to start.
